The Dark Heart Of England (Part 7)

In practice, Northern England has the lowest age of consent of any OECD country – a man can rape a child on her thirteenth birthday. Since the primary function of society is to protect the weak, that, together with its practice of forced adoption, that makes part of the UK a failed state.

This finding came out of researching the Bedfordshire cop assault on blogger Lionheart, which pointed at this September London Times piece about Muslim immigrants grooming Brit kids as prostitutes:

If anyone has sex with a girl under 13, there is a strong risk of being arrested for having sex with a minor. Once they reach 13, however, unless the victim makes a complaint to the police, nothing will happen.

That sounds nonsense – kids of 13 can’t give informed consent:

…when used with reference to criminal law the age of consent is the minimum age at which a person is considered to be capable of legally giving informed consent to any contract or behaviour regulated by law with another person…specifically to those laws regulating sexual acts.

And in England:

The age of consent in England and Wales is 16, as specified by the Sexual Offences Act 2003…

This seems watertight – sex with a kid before 16 can’t be consented to, is thus rape, so the cops will prosecute it as a serious crime.

But there’s another law called the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE). This defines all “serious arrestable offences”, and the list includes:

2. Section 5 (intercourse with a girl under the age of 13).

So when she passes 13, rape is “non-serious” sexual offense. And if the local cops are don’t care about these, and she has no protectors, the child is defenseless.

Now parents with money and political clout won’t have this happen to their kids – they have political and financial levers, and anyway live in the south of England, where the cops are more likely to guard the whole community.

But if the kid and her family are poor, and live in one of England’s northern disaster areas with protected “minority” populations, they’re out of luck (my ellipsis):

Maureen’s daughter Jo was one of Hussain and Naveed’s victims, having been groomed by them and a number of other (Pakistani) men when she was 14. Jo went missing from her Blackburn home 90 times during the six-month period in 2005 that she was in Hussain and Naveed’s clutches.

“I was told by one police officer that he did not ‘want to start a race riot’ by arresting Pakistani men for sexual offences,” Maureen said. During the six months that Jo was in the clutches of these men, they raped, beat and abused her to the point where, says her mother, she did not even know who she was any more…

So what can poor parents in these areas do to protect their kids when the cops abandon them? Law-abiding Brits can’t own guns, and if they’re poor can’t afford to buy the weapons criminals carry. So vigilante justice, US style, is out.

Schools don’t help either since that’s where the pimps recruit the kids.

So that leaves the powerless only 2 options:

– Relocate to a non-immigrant area.

– Educate their kids to dislike and avoid immigrants.

That of course is what’s happening, and is one reason for this:

Islamic extremists have created “no-go” areas across Britain where it is too dangerous for non-Muslims to enter, one of the Church of England’s most senior bishops warns today.

The Rt Rev Michael Nazir-Ali, the Bishop of Rochester and the Church’s only Asian bishop, says that people of a different race or faith face physical attack if they live or work in communities dominated by a strict Muslim ideology.

He should have added “or attend school” to the last sentence.

So the net effect of cops granting Muslim communities special protection is first a lot of suffering in the host community, then apartheid, then suffering in the immigrant communities.

And persecuting bloggers who point this out for “hate crimes” just accelerates the process.
